Returns the current process analysis result: effectiveness status, efficiency status, zone, summary, detailed analysis, and suggestions.

When to Use

• Applicable across all screen sizes and devices.

How to Use

Location: Main content area, below the input text area.

1. Scroll down past the input text area and the 'Analyze Process' button.
2. Locate the 'Analysis Result' section.
3. Observe the 'Effectiveness Status' and 'Efficiency Status' badges, which indicate the process's performance (e.g., 'Aligned', 'Wasteful').
4. Identify the 'Zone' label, which categorizes the overall process health (e.g., 'Operational Excellence').
5. Read the 'Summary' section for a concise overview of the analysis.
6. Review the 'Detailed Analysis' section for an in-depth explanation of strengths and weaknesses.
7. Examine the 'Optimization Suggestions' list for actionable recommendations.

What to Expect

You see the full breakdown of the current process analysis, including its effectiveness, efficiency, overall zone, summary, detailed analysis, and improvement suggestions.

Prerequisites

• A process analysis must have been run and its results are currently displayed on the screen.

Limitations
