Optimize
Generates an optimized process design based on the current analysis results.
When to Use
- Applicable across all screen sizes and devices.
How to Use
Location: Main content area, below the 'Analysis Result' section.
- Scroll down to the 'Analysis Result' section after an initial analysis is complete.
- Locate the 'Auto-Optimize & Re-Analyze' button, typically highlighted in purple.
- Just above this button, a small badge will show the estimated credit cost for the optimization (e.g., '15 Credits').
- Click the 'Auto-Optimize & Re-Analyze' button.
What to Expect
The app will display 'Optimizing...' and then present a 'Comparison View'. This view shows the 'Original Process' and the 'Optimized Process' side-by-side, detailing the improved description, updated 'Effectiveness Status', 'Efficiency Status', 'Zone', and 'Next-Level Insights' for further improvements.
Prerequisites
- A process analysis must have been successfully run and its results are currently displayed.
- The current analysis must indicate areas for improvement (i.e., not 'Aligned' and 'Efficient').
- Sufficient credits available for the optimization.
Limitations
- This feature requires an initial analysis to be present. The 'Auto-Optimize' functionality will rewrite the process description and re-analyze it.
