Analyze
Runs the process audit on the current input text (or provided text). Returns the zone, effectiveness status, efficiency status, and suggestions.
When to Use
- Applicable across all screen sizes and devices.
How to Use
Location: Main content area, below the input text area.
- Ensure your process description is entered into the text area labeled 'Describe your business process or workflow...'.
- Just above the 'Analyze Process' button, you will see a small badge displaying the estimated credit cost for the analysis (e.g., '10 Credits').
- Click the large 'Analyze Process' button.
What to Expect
The app will display 'Analyzing...' while processing, then reveal the 'Analysis Result' section with 'Effectiveness Status', 'Efficiency Status', 'Zone', 'Summary', 'Detailed Analysis', and 'Optimization Suggestions'.
Prerequisites
- A description of the business process must be entered into the input field.
- Sufficient credits available for the analysis.
Limitations
- Analysis might take a few moments depending on the complexity of the input.
