Switch Topic
Switch the app to display a different saved topic. Use listTopics first to see available options.
When to Use
- Desktop or tablet landscape — sidebar always visible
- Mobile or narrow window — sidebar behind menu
How to Use
Sidebar-visible — Desktop or tablet landscape — sidebar always visible
Location: Left sidebar under 'My Feed'
- Click on the topic name in the sidebar
Sidebar-hidden — Mobile or narrow window — sidebar behind menu
Location: Menu icon (☰) → sidebar → 'My Feed'
- Tap the ☰ icon in the top-left corner
- Tap the topic name under 'My Feed'
What to Expect
- The selected topic highlights in indigo and the main content area updates to show that topic's news
- The sidebar closes automatically and the main content updates to show that topic's news
Prerequisites
- Must have saved topics in your feed
Limitations
- Can only switch to topics already in your feed
