Hot Topics Tts Get State
Return the current hot topics TTS state (idle/playing/paused), the active category index, topic index, and total categories.
When to Use
- Visual cues show TTS state in the modal
How to Use
Location: Hot Topics modal, TTS control bar + category/topic highlights
- Open the Hot Topics modal and look at the TTS control bar
- The Play/Pause icon indicates current state; the highlighted category header and topic card show what is being read
What to Expect
You can see whether TTS is idle/playing/paused, which category and topic are active

- None
Limitations
- Returns 'idle' if TTS was never started
