Generate Exit Options

Generate exit strategy analysis with potential acquirers, IPO readiness, and valuation multiples.

When to Use

• Applicable across all screen sizes

How to Use

Location: The 'Exit Options' tab

1. Navigate to the 'Exit Options' tab via the left sidebar or top menu.
2. Optionally, adjust the 'Number of Acquirers' input field if you want more or fewer acquirers than the default.
3. Observe the credit cost badge displayed next to the 'Generate Exit Options' button.
4. Click the 'Generate Exit Options' button.

What to Expect

The app displays a loading indicator, then generates an exit strategy analysis including potential acquirers, IPO readiness assessment, and valuation multiples within the 'Exit Options' tab.

Prerequisites

• Sufficient credits
• A core strategy must be generated using 'generateStrategy' first

Limitations

• Requires AI processing time, which can vary.
• Exit options are based on the previously generated core strategy.
