2. Getting started

  • Create an account with your email and a password, in the app or at reloadium.com/login. The same account works in both.
  • New accounts start with free credits.
  • To receive messages, open your profile and describe who may write to you under "Who can message you". Until you do, your inbox is closed.
  • Share your inbox link (shown in your profile once your inbox is open) so people can write to you.

3. Messages and the AI bouncer

Each person decides who may write to them. When you send someone a first message, an AI checks it, pictures included, against what they accept, and only delivers it if it fits. If it doesn't, you see why, and your message stays in the box so you can change it.

  • A first message uses credits whether or not it's let through.
  • Once a conversation is open, replies are free.
  • Either person can close a conversation. Writing again after that goes through the bouncer again, under their rule as it is now.
  • You can attach up to four pictures to a message.

4. Credits

Credits pay for the AI checks: a first message, and saving your profile, your inbox rule or your profile picture. Your balance is shown in your profile.

  • You can buy more credits on reloadium.com/account, signed in with the same account.
  • Unused credits expire 12 months after you get them; see the Terms of Service at reloadium.com/terms.html. For refunds, see our Refund Policy at reloadium.com/refund.html.

5. Signing in and passwords

  • Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen, enter your email and tap "Set or reset password". We'll email you a link to choose a new one.
  • Signed up on reloadium.com with Google? Your account has no password yet. Use "Set or reset password" with your Google email to add one; you'll then sign in to the same account, with the same messages and credits.
  • Not getting the email? Check your spam folder, and make sure you typed the address you signed up with.

6. Blocking and reporting

  • Block someone from the ⋯ menu in your conversation with them. They can't message you any more, the conversation closes, and they aren't told.
  • Unblock people from your profile, under Blocked.
  • Report a message by pressing and holding it, then tapping Report. Reports go to the Reloadium team with a copy of the message; the person isn't told who reported them. You can block them at the same time.

7. Deleting your account

In the app, open your profile and tap Delete account, then confirm with your password. This deletes your account, profile, inbox rule and credits, your forum posts and comments, and your messages in every conversation. It's immediate and can't be undone.

If you have a subscription, cancel it on reloadium.com/account first. You can also ask us to delete your account by emailing contact@reloadium.com.
