We want you to be satisfied with the Service. This page explains when and how you can request a refund for Reloadium purchases.

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions, provided the request is made within 14 days of purchase.
- Credit Packs (one-time purchases): eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no credits from that pack have been consumed.
- Subscription plans: eligible for a prorated refund for unused credits within 14 days of any subscription payment. Refunds cover only credits that had not been consumed at the time of the refund request.
- Refunds are not available after 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds are not available for credits that have been consumed in AI requests, regardless of the outcome of those requests.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at contact@reloadium.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The date of purchase
- The product purchased (credit pack or subscription plan)
- The reason for the refund request
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Reloadium reserves the right to deny refund requests that show patterns of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles.
