Set Calendar Visibility
Show or hide a calendar on the timeline by id. Hidden calendars still exist — their events are just not displayed.
When to Use
- Desktop or tablet landscape — sidebar often visible.
- Mobile or narrow window — sidebar behind menu.
How to Use
Desktop — Desktop or tablet landscape — sidebar often visible.
Location: Left sidebar (My Calendars section).
- Ensure the left sidebar is visible (if hidden, click the '☰ Menu' icon).
- Scroll down to the 'My Calendars' section in the sidebar.
- Locate the calendar you wish to show or hide.
- Click the toggle switch or checkbox next to the calendar's name to change its visibility.

Location: Menu, Calendars section.
- Tap the '☰ Menu' icon, usually in the top-left corner, to open the main navigation menu.
- Tap on 'Calendars' or 'Manage Calendars' to view your list of calendars.
- Locate the calendar you wish to show or hide.
- Tap the toggle switch or checkbox next to the calendar's name to change its visibility.
What to Expect
Events from the selected calendar will immediately appear on or disappear from your main timeline view.
Prerequisites
- At least two calendars must be set up to toggle visibility meaningfully.
Limitations
- Hidden calendars' events will not appear on the timeline, but they still exist in your account.
