Delete Note
Deletes a note by its id.
When to Use
- Applicable across all screen sizes and devices
How to Use
Location: Left sidebar (note list) or main editor area
- Option 1 (From sidebar): Hover over the note you want to delete in the 'All Notes' list on the left sidebar, click the trash can icon that appears, and confirm the deletion in the pop-up.
- Option 2 (From editor): Open the note in the main editor, click the '...' (More Options) menu in the editor's toolbar, select 'Delete Note', and confirm the deletion in the pop-up.
What to Expect
The note is permanently removed from your 'All Notes' list and is no longer accessible.
Prerequisites
- The note you want to delete must exist
Limitations
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
