Sort Leads
Change the sort order of the leads list. Options: addedAt-desc, addedAt-asc, interaction-desc, interaction-asc, count-desc, count-asc, score-desc, score-asc.
When to Use
- This action is performed within the 'Leads' tab.
How to Use
Location: 'Leads' tab, above the list of leads
- Navigate to the 'Leads' tab.
- Click the 'Sort by' dropdown menu located above your leads list.
- Select your desired sorting option (e.g., 'Date Added (Newest First)', 'Interaction Score (Highest First)').
What to Expect
The list of leads is reordered instantly according to your chosen sorting criterion.
Prerequisites
- Leads must exist in your 'Leads' list.
Limitations
- Can only sort by the predefined criteria (Date Added, Interaction, Contact Count, Score).
