Pause Grant
Pauses a credit grant you gave, temporarily preventing the recipient from using your credits.
When to Use

How to Use
Location: Top right user menu -> 'Account Settings' -> 'Credit Sharing' -> 'My Grants' list
- Click on your avatar or username in the top right corner of the Reloadium app.
- Select 'Account Settings' and navigate to the 'Credit Sharing' section, then 'My Grants'.
- Locate the active grant you wish to pause from the list (identified by recipient email).
- Click the 'Pause' button next to that grant.
- Confirm the pause in the dialog that appears.
What to Expect
The selected credit grant is paused, and the recipient temporarily cannot use your credits until it is resumed.
Prerequisites
- Active user session
- An active (not paused) credit grant to the specified user must exist from your account
