Clear Search
Clear the current search query and show all apps.
When to Use
- Desktop or tablet landscape view
- Mobile or narrow window view
How to Use
Desktop — Desktop or tablet landscape view
Location: Top header bar (search bar)
- Locate the search bar in the top header, which currently contains your search query.
- Click the "X" icon or "Clear" button within or next to the search bar.
Mobile — Mobile or narrow window view
Location: Top bar (search input)
- Tap on the search input field to make the keyboard appear.
- Look for a clear button (often an "X" or "Clear") within the input field or near the keyboard and tap it.
What to Expect
The search query is cleared, and all apps are displayed again.

- A search query must be active in the search bar.
